Could you sum up what you do in a sentence?

We are specialists at marketing and sale of upper courtile or premium properties.

What’s your favourite thing about your business Fine and Country?

The people, who always keep the day to day job varied and interesting. It’s incredibly rewarding not only to help people navigate the stress of moving house but also to assist them in securing and ultimately achieving their dream home. We have 25 properties on the market right now.

What drew you to take on space with us at Elcot Park?

I love the industrial feel of the site. It stands out from most estate agents, which are either on the high street or remote. At Elcot Park, we strike a nice balance. We can welcome clients in a relaxed and discreet space. Plus, having our office here offers better value for money. It really ticks all the boxes.

What do you like best about your new space?

It’s wonderfully light and the perfect size for us.

What are your aspirations for the business over the next year?

We aim to continue growing and expanding our coverage to include Newbury, while also reaching even more areas on the map. Additionally, we plan to add a new member to our team to support this growth.
