How can I work out how much space I need?

We understand that square footage can be a difficult measure to work with. If you’re not clear what certain unit sizes compare to, speak to the Site Manager and they will do their best to help you. They might suggest visiting the site and viewing a range of units to get a full picture of what our spaces can offer.

Alterations & upgrades

Does your organisation have any specific requirements, from extra sinks and private toilets, dancefloors and soundproofing, to larger kitchens with extraction and air-conditioning? Although there may be some extra costs involved, most of units can be altered & upgraded to suit your needs.  Plus we have a team of go-to contractors on hand to help.

Short and long term Leases

Still not sure if Elcot Park is right for you? Why not talk to us about a short term Lease to help test the space.  Alternatively if the location is perfect for you, a long term Lease may help save some money. We know flexibility is important and we are more than happy for occupiers to take both short or longer term Leases, as well as start off small and expand when more space is required between Leases.
