Elcot Park has an interesting history having at one time been home to Garrard Engineering, a British company that was famous for producing high-quality gramophone turntables. It is less than a mile from Marlborough High Street.

Elcot Park & Elcot Mews, which are within 100 metres of each other, are owned and managed by George Estates Ltd. who also owns commercial properties in Chippenham, Malmesbury, Tetbury and Blandford Forum. Each site is characterised by offering flexible space on an affordable basis.

Elcot Park

Elcot Park is the larger of the two sites and overlooks the water meadows of the River Kennet and the playing fields of Marlborough Town Football Club. The buildings are available for let on flexible lease terms. In total there is approx. 24,000ft2 with units ranging in size from 50ft2 to 2,600ft2. There is considerable parking on site.

Elcot Mews

Elcot Mews faces onto the same playing fields and has an open aspect onto Stonebridge Close. It totals 11,000ft2.

Both have excellent communication links to the whole of the M4, Devizes, Swindon, Newbury & Andover. The sites are particularly close to Marlborough College, Salisbury Plain and Stonehenge.

Blandford Forum
The Grainstore is our most recent purchase and is less than a mile from the Market Place. The whole site has been redeveloped from the ground up and offers storage, offices and small-medium sized workshops & studios.
