Elcot Park
Elcot Park is the larger of the two sites and overlooks the water meadows of the River Kennet and the playing fields of Marlborough Town Football Club. Elcot Mews
Elcot Mews faces onto the same playing fields and has an open aspect onto Stonebridge Close. It totals 11,000ft2.

Both have excellent communication links to the whole of the M4, Devizes, Swindon, Newbury & Andover. The sites are particularly close to Marlborough College, Salisbury Plain and Stonehenge.

The Grainstore is our most recent purchase and is less than a mile from the Market Place. The whole site has been redeveloped from the ground up and offers storage, offices and small-medium sized workshops & studios.
