In the last month we have been showing potential customers the various size offices that Elcot Park has to offer. Our current available spaces best suit a small team of people or even just a one man band. During Covid-19 there has been less demand for larger workspaces, as more & more people are after a small office to allow flexible working for some employees or just for a skeleton team to run the main operations of the business that they may be unable to do from home.

We are conveniently located – Elcot Park has views of the beautiful water meadows of the River Kennet in a lovely rural area whilst also being just a 5 minute walk from Marlborough Town Centre. The communication links to the whole of the M4 are also fantastic. This makes the site a perfect location for commuters within your business or locals who live close by.

All of our spaces within Elcot Park are named after local villages and have individual features that add to the quirky feel of the site. At one point Elcot Park used to be home to Garrard, the manufacturer of record turntables.
