What made you want to start your aesthetics business?

Starting Jade and Opal was about combining my passion for science and beauty in a way that empowers people. I’ve always been drawn to aesthetics because it allows me to use my knowledge from nursing and bioscience to enhance confidence and self-expression. It’s so rewarding to help others feel comfortable in their own skin while prioritising safety and professionalism.

Who are your target audience?

My main customers are individuals who value a natural, refreshed look – those who want to enhance their appearance subtly rather than drastically. Many of my clients are busy professionals or parents looking for treatments that fit seamlessly into their lives, with results that help them look and feel their best.

What are your main goals that you hope to achieve with your business?

I want Jade and Opal to stand out as a trusted space where people feel safe, understood, and cared for. One of my main goals is to educate clients about the science behind the treatments so they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Ultimately, I hope to grow the business while maintaining a strong focus on quality and personalised care.

What do you like best about your unit at Elcot Park?

The setting at Elcot Park is just beautiful, we’re just a stones throw away from the Marlborough Downs and so much natural beauty. The space allows clients to feel relaxed and pampered, which is so important for the overall experience.

What type of treatments do you offer?

I currently offer a range of non-surgical treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections (Botox), dermal fillers and skin boosters. These treatments focus on enhancing skin health, reducing signs of ageing and creating a refreshed & youthful look.

Do you have any other things that you would like to mention?

It’s a privilege to work in aesthetics and help people look and feel their best. Jade and Opal is built on a foundation of care, professionalism and individuality – values I’m incredibly proud of. I hope we get the chance to meet many more clients in 2025!
