As summer comes to a close, it’s a great time to look back on everything that’s been happening at Elcot Park. From welcoming new businesses and improved connectivity to refreshed facilities and a team day in the sunshine, it’s been a season of growth and community.

Earlier this summer, Elcot Park benefited from a major connectivity upgrade thanks to Gigaclear fibre internet. Tenants now enjoy ultrafast broadband, making it easier than ever to work efficiently, collaborate, and grow their businesses.

Welcoming New Tenants

We’re delighted to introduce some fantastic new businesses to Elcot Park:

Brahmani Acupuncture– bringing holistic healthcare and wellness services to our community.

Packaging Not Included – a sustainable shop focused on refill culture, helping reduce waste by encouraging customers to reuse containers rather than buy single-use packaged goods.

It’s inspiring to see such a variety of businesses thrive at Elcot Park, each adding something unique to the community.

Keeping Elcot Park in Great Shape

We’ve also been focusing on keeping the site in top condition over the summer, with regular upkeep across the park to make sure it remains a welcoming and professional environment for our tenants and visitors alike.

George Estates Team Day Out

The George Estates team also enjoyed a day away from the office this summer, making the most of one of the hottest days of the year with a scenic walk around Sherston, Wiltshire. The day ended with a relaxed pub lunch—perfect for recharging and celebrating the achievements of the past season together.

We’re pleased to have two spaces at Elcot Park coming available soon:
